With this module, students get to explore the everyday operations of a retail grocery store. Activities provide an introduction and overview of the duties students would need to obtain a job working in a grocery store or for those who would be interested in entrepreneurship (owning or running a grocery store). Students gain actual hands-on experience with bagging groceries, sorting food, marking prices and sorting money.
Work performance benchmarks included.
