This engaging module allows students to learn and practice skills they may use in the restaurant business. They will practice setting up the table with dishes and flatware, taking orders from customers, busing the table, as well as safety and hygiene. While many establishments train on the job, this course allows the student to become thoroughly familiar with the duties involved in food service; as a bonus, this module helps students develop the confidence needed to land that first job.
