General Office Assistant – Basic

With this curriculum, students learn about many of the general office duties typically encountered in a business setting. Students will experience techniques to sort and route mail and circulate/distribute mail to different departments. Basic filing procedures are covered as well as how to place labels correctly and stuff envelopes. Other office procedures in this module include tips for answering the phone properly and relaying written and verbal messages accurately.
