Recipients of the Baking Math (Gold Level) credential have demonstrated concept proficiency and completed  the following tasks:

1. Name 2 ways bakers and chefs use measurement.
2. Define the term “recipe.”
3. Describe how to increase a recipe.
4. Name 2 cooking measurements that are equal.
5. List 2 parts of a fraction.
6. Describe how time is used when following a recipe.
