2. Explain how conflicts can hurt your job.
3. Explain the three kinds of conflict.
4. Demonstrate the process of conflict resolution.
5. Define the terms “brainstorming” and “compromise.”
6. Explain why it’s important to say how you feel and listen to others when solving a conflict.
