This empowering software program teaches learners the skills they need to effectively plan their career goals by identifying their short- and long-term goals and aligning those with job expectations, requirements and duties. Offered in two reading levels to address every learner, this program equips students in grades 9-12 and ages 18-21 with key competencies to support a more successful transition to employment. It is part of a series of employability and life skills programs that range from getting and keeping a job to self-confidence and communication skills. Each package in this dynamic series provides two levels of materials: 3rd-4th grade reading level and 6th-8th grade reading level.
